We love our Montrose neighborhood. Not only are our Montrose apartments located in a unique and upbeat neighborhood with plenty of food, happy hour, and entertainment options, you can’t forget all the Houston parks within a short distance of our community.

Montrose Apartments Across From Buffalo Bayou Park

Our Houston luxury apartments are only a few steps from Buffalo Bayou Park, which boasts 160-acres of green space and plentiful outdoor fun. This newly revitalized park is considered one of the country’s great urban green spaces, and stretches from Shepherd Drive to Sabine Street.

You’ll always see people working out, having a beautiful picnic, or walking their dogs here, which is something many of our residents enjoy on beautiful days. You’ll be treated to plenty of space to stretch out and get some fresh air, as well as some of the best, picturesque downtown skyline views in all of Houston.

Memorial Park Is Less Than 3-Miles From Our Montrose Apartments

One of Houston’s most well-known parks is Memorial Park, which is less than 3-miles from our Houston luxury apartments, giving our residents options when it comes to running and outdoor fitness, as well as a change of scenery.

The 1,466-acre park is bordered to the north by I-10, to the west by the I-610 Loop, and to the south by Buffalo Bayou, offering many running, hiking, and biking trails interwoven throughout the park. The park’s popular 3-mile loop is one of the most well known spots in Houston, with people of all fitness levels enjoying the loop year-round.

“Dubbed “the largest urban park in Texas,” Houston's Memorial Park, just inside Loop 610 at Woodway, includes Texas’ top-rated municipal 18-hole golf course, as well as facilities for tennis, softball, swimming, track, croquet, volleyball, in-line skating, cycling, and a popular three-mile running course. In addition to the many trails the park is host to several softball/baseball fields, as well as a soccer/football filed. The park is also host to Houston's annual Bayou City Art Festival,” via Visit Houston’s website.
